Preparations before participating in the Canton Fair

Registration for Canton Fair
Whether you are a buyer or a supplier, you need to register to get a formal invitation to participate in the Canton Fair.
Visitors can get two types of invitation cards, electronic invitation cards and paper invitation cards.
The e-invitation letter is a formal invitation letter issued by the organizer China Foreign Trade Center. Copies are valid and may be shared by a group of representatives of the same company.
You will receive an invitation by email. Electronic invitation letter is a better option for all overseas companies.
By getting this invitation, they can easily apply for the visa. After getting the invitation letter, you need to go to the Chinese embassy to apply for a visa. You can register on the official page of the Canton Fair, and then apply for a visa.
Note that registration is free (as long as you don’t have a Chinese passport, then you need to pay 300 yuan per day!).
One last piece of advice: remember to bring your passport as it is required to enter the fair.
