Q1: For silk flowers and plants, is there any color difference between the cargo I get and the photos that you are showing?
Color differences might be possible due to different light effects and computer screen effects. Artificial flowers are dyed by hand, so different batches might be slightly different in colors. Generally speaking, the color difference won’t affect the usage.
Q2: Is there any defect with the artificial flowers?
Artificial flowers are handmade products, which means they won’t be as perfect as mechanical products. Defects might happen to some products. And we have an inspection department to do careful quality control before loading.
Q3: Do you offer OEM & ODM service?
OEM & ODM services are provided. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
Q4: What is the MOQ of your products?
The MOQ is different due to different products. Please contact us to know the details.
Q5: How about the delivery time.
For in-stock products, it usually takes 3- 15 working days. If not in stock, it takes 7-45 days from manufacturing to ready-to-ship according to order quantity.
Q6: How do you deliver our order?
We have very good cooperation with shipping agents, airfreight agents, and courier companies. We could offer a choice by sea, air, or courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc.)
Q7: What is your Payment Term?
- T/T, Western Union, Paypal.
- Bulk order: T/T-30% in advance, 70% balance before shipment
- Small order: Western Union or Paypal or Money Gram for a small amount
- OA 30/60/90 days payment on the credit
Q8: I am a bit worried about your product quality. Do you provide samples?

Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, some items may be damaged during transportation, we will return the payment for the broken items after you send us the photos and videos. Please contact us immediately for break items to solve the problem at your earliest convenience.
